The new documentary film ''Industrial Soundtrack For The Urban Decay'' traces the origins of Industrial music, inviting the audience to a journey through the crumbling industrial cities of Europe to America's thriving avant-garde scene.

Made by Amélie Ravalec and Travis Collins, the film features the critically acclaimed bands Throbbing Gristle, Cabaret Voltaire, NON, SPK, Test Dept, Clock DVA, Re/Search - V Vale, Z'EV, Click Click, Sordide Sentimental, Hula, The Klinik, Ant Zen, Orphx, In The Nursery and Prima Linea.

''I was rather surprised that no one did a full documentary on the subject before, so I thought I would do it myself'', Amélie Ravalec says in a FACT Mag Q&A. ''Industrial music really appealed to me as a melting pot of influences, such as writers Burroughs and Ballard, and art movements like Dada, Surrealism and Futurism.''
